Our courtyard is the perfect area to say “I DO”. This area is flanked with palm trees, over looking the pool and includes string lighting.

There are lots of options when it comes to your reception! Bring in your own decor, music, and catering to make it your own. We can hold up to 50 people.

We have 20 sleeping rooms for your guests! 3 single fulls, 10 single queens, 3 single kings, 3 double fulls and 1 double queen.

About The Local

The Local – St. Augustine is a 20-room boutique digital motel in the heart of the Ancient City. Utilizing the Virdee App, you can experience a completely contactless process by checking in with the tap of a button and receiving a digital key to your room.

We are located within walking distance to the Bridge of Lions for easy access to our historic downtown St. Augustine, across the street from the Salt Run, a mile from the St. Augustine Amphitheater, and a bike ride away from St. Augustine Beach! With only 20 rooms, we provide guests a feeling of home after a day of exploring the nation’s oldest city. Each room includes a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, cable TV, clothing steamer, noise machine, and comfortable beds.

Additional amenities include our Florida Room with complimentary coffee & tea services, a relaxing pool, onsite bike rentals through Drifters Bike Rentals, and complimentary access to Anastasia Fitness for full-service gym amenities.

Pricing

The best thing about our pricing is that the couple is only required to put down a non-refundable deposit of 2,000 to 3,500, depending on the date. The balance for guest rooms is paid by the hotel guest (or if you are feeling generous, you can pay the guest balance, too). Inquire below for more details! **Should you not fill the hotel guest rooms, the couple will be responsible for the remaining balance 30 days before arrival**
